Summary
Legal Aid of Nebraska volunteer attorneys will help prepare individual Transfer on Death Deeds that participants can sign while at the clinic. A valid form of identification is required to complete documents at the clinic.
After registering, Legal Aid of Nebraska will contact you to confirm income eligibility and schedule a 30-minute time slot at the clinic.
Registration closes on November 2. All participants must register. No walk-ins will be accepted.
