Project Demolition!

Demolishing condemned houses, which hinder economic development and create safety issues for the city, is the focus of Habitat Omaha’s Project Demolition! Program.

Project Demolition! eliminates blighted homes, making way for new construction in distressed areas of the community.  This program evolved from a partnership between Habitat for Humanity of Omaha and the City of Omaha.

This year Habitat Omaha will facilitate the demolition or title clearing of up to 30 blighted properties in our community.
