This week, Habitat Omaha submitted testimony in support of Legislative Bill 85 to implement a rental property registration system and inspection law in Omaha and Lincoln. “Every day I help people build their home and make it their own,” says Melanie Boone, an interior designer. Our Global Village team had the opportunity to work alongside several fun-loving, dedicated staff members from Habitat El Salvador’s construction crew.
