Josh White is the chief business development officer at Metonic Real Estate Solutions, leading capital raising for real estate investments. Since 2020, he has overseen $250 million in equity deployment across more than 25 transactions and expanded the investor base by 600%. White also spearheads Metonic’s marketing and brand strategies, fostering relationships with investors and stakeholders.
Before Metonic, White was executive director at Goosman Law Firm, where he launched and grew the Omaha office into the firm’s most profitable market. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in college athletics, including six years a senior associate athletic director at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he played a key role in the Division II to Division I transition and the development of Baxter Arena.
White is deeply involved in the community, serving on the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society since 2018 and supporting Habitat for Humanity through volunteer work and the Capriana development partnership in Elkhorn. A two-time graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, he earned his bachelor’s degree in 1995 and his law degree in 1999.
