Kassie Inness was instrumental in Habitat for Humanity of Omaha’s collaboration with Apogee Professional Services on the $43 million Capriana project in Elkhorn. The development, which includes 149 luxury apartments and 11 Habitat homes, is a trailblazing, mixed-income neighborhood. Apogee sold nine ready-to-build-on lots and donated the two other lots to Habitat.
Inness is the president of Metonic, a Midwest-based real estate investment and development firm. She proudly leads the Metonic team and oversees the company’s construction arm, Apogee, and its large-scale value-added and new development projects.
A graduate of Kansas State University, Inness earned a bachelor’s degree in construction science and management. Since joining Metatonic in 2018, she has led development strategies resulting in more than 1,700 new apartment homes and managed more than $380 million in ground-up construction projects.
Inness has more than 20 years of experience in project management, high-end residential construction, multifamily development, and property management.
Inness actively participates on the Omaha Children’s Museum Board of Directors, the Housing Affordability Action Plan Committee with the City of Omaha, and the Omaha by Design Advisory Board.
