Homestead Exemption Event
Save on your property taxes with Nebraska’s Homestead Exemption, a program that reduces taxes on your primary home if you qualify.
Join Habitat for Humanity of Omaha for free help filing your application on June 18 from 10 AM –1 PM at 1701 N 24th St.
You may qualify if you are:
• 65+ • Income-qualified  • Living with a disability • A veteran
What to Bring:
• 2025 tax return (or income documents)
• Out-of-pocket medical expenses
We encourage you to check your eligibility and apply before the deadline of JUNE 30th, 2026.
