Multigenerational development street view rendering

Multigenerational Development

As the city of Omaha is experiencing rapid growth in the need for quality, affordable homes, we remain focused on our mission to expand access to homeownership while seeking new and innovative ways to increase our impact. It’s in this spirit that we are excited to begin work on our first ever multigenerational development.

After acquiring land from the City near 51st Street and Redick Plaza, we will transform this 18.5 acre site into a vibrant neighborhood with 85 new single family houses. These homes will be sold to empty nesters, individuals, families and multigenerational households with low to moderate incomes.

The neighborhood will feature a city park that will be redeveloped along with the community. New bike and walking paths will connect the community with surrounding amenities like a nearby elementary school.

We’re planning a groundbreaking in January 2022 and expect to complete the development in 2025.
