Habitat for Humanity of Omaha offers an exciting new mixed-income development in Elkhorn. This project aims to provide affordable housing options in the Elkhorn area, which is known for its high housing costs. The groundbreaking for Capriana Homes took place in late 2022, and as of Summer 2024, nine builds have been completed. The 15-acre, $43 million project is expected to be complete by Summer 2025.
Capriana is the First of its KindThe Capriana neighborhood represents a major breakthrough in housing, providing affordable home ownership opportunities in Elkhorn, where entry-level home buying options are limited. “For years Habitat has struggled to find a partner to bring something like this to life…a trailblazing, mixed-income neighborhood will now transform a once-elusive dream into reality.”
Generous building partners and other corporate partnerships make our work possible.
We want to express thanks to all of these corporations for their support.
