How it works:
- Qualified homeowners receive a no-interest loan to help pay for the necessary repairs. You do not need to own a Habitat home to qualify.
- As the lender, Habitat allows homeowners to spread the home repair project expense over 1-10 years
- Habitat Omaha serves as the general contractor, hiring only subcontractors we know and trust.
- All home repairs and improvement work includes a 1-year warranty through Habitat Omaha.
