Phase 2 is Underway

Phase I of Bluestem Prairie, which transformed a vacant 19-acre lot at 51st and Sorensen Parkway into 85 new homes, is now complete. The project also included renovations to 15 nearby homes, along with the revitalization of Myott Park, walking and cycling trails, picnic pavilions and multi-sport courts, all competed in 2025.

Phase 2 requires substantial development and will add 64 new homes by 2026.

Bluestem Prairie Will Feature a First For Habitat of Omaha
