It’s no surprise, really.
The veterans we meet, men and women who have sacrificed so much for this country, are often the last to ask for help.
Some even say they see it as a handout. We see it differently.
When we help a veteran stay safe and secure in their home, it’s not charity. It’s gratitude.
Every year, our Veterans Home Repair Program undertakes around 10 major projects, each averaging around $25,000, to assist veterans and their families.

“I’ve worked hard my whole life and never had anything given to me,” one veteran told us. “I almost feel like a mooch.”
They’re not. They’re exactly who this program is designed to help.
Thank you for being part of the community that shows our veterans they’re not forgotten.
