DESCRIPTION:Transfer on Death Deeds are a way for you to make sure your home gets passed to a beneficiary of your choice after your death.\nA TODD allows you to pass on your house without a will. By recording a transfer on death deed\, you retain homeownership rights during your lifetime\, then the TODD takes effect upon a homeowner’s death\, without a need for probate. \nDuring the TODD Events\, volunteer attorneys help prepare individual Transfer on Death Deeds that participants can sign while at the event.
