INTRODUCTION
Shine and sparkle. Color, clarity and characteristics. Yes, we could be talking about precious gemstones.
Actually, we are talking about the people who come together to make Habitat for Humanity of Omaha’s mission come to life: the accomplished owners of a newly built home; the volunteers who exemplify the good they want to see; the donor who gives back because it’s the right thing to do.
These are just a few of the people—the oh-so-precious-“gems,” if you will—who are doing their part to help build and improve places to call home.
These are Habitat Omaha’s diamonds, and do they ever shine so brightly.

He started his business, Balloons by Glen, years ago when he realized there were only a handful of clowns willing to come to North Omaha for kids’ parties. This year, he aims to start a Neighborhood Watch Group to continue the community involvement he saw when Habitat Omaha held a Builders Blitz on his block in 2017.
